8,000 Cases! One Mission: Change How We Understand the Airway

I spent nearly eight years in ENT and facial plastics, witnessing more than 8,000 cases in operating rooms and clinics. What I saw was a gap: nasal function was rarely measured—and its broader impact was largely overlooked.

I Don’t Just Look at the Nose. I Look at Function.

That gap became the foundation for my work. In 2024, I developed and taught the original Rhinomanometry/PNIF/Acoustic Rhinometry Certification Course, establishing the foundation for my proprietary Nasal Resistance and Airway Systems Curriculum™, powered by the Airway First Protocol™ and the FACT Method™. Others may teach similar material, but there’s only one original. I created it.

You asked. I listened. More 1:1 mentoring, faculty presentations, and a new bigger and better certification course, scheduled to launch soon! 

Today, I also bring a first-of-its-kind functional and holistic medicine perspective to nasal and airway function, asking a bigger question: How might impaired nasal function and resistance influence the way the body functions as a whole?

I connect objective nasal measurements with respiration, immune defense, structural development and posture, olfactory function, oral and speech function, and neurobehavioral regulation and adaptation—with implications for sleep, autonomic balance, brain function, and whole-body health.

Using the new multi-phase rhinomanometry platform, PNIF, acoustic analysis, bite resistance testing, functional phenotyping, endotyping, and neuro-respiratory mapping to measure function, I can identify the patterns, and translate findings into actionable clinical insight.

And now, I’m taking that approach one step further. Beginning in October, a proprietary functional medicine platform and lab testing will add a cellular-level perspective—helping to connect the dots between airway function and what is happening deeper within the body. This will extend my ability to work with your practitioner, too.
